Where is Yung Mal from?

Jamal Michael Braud, an American rapper, vocalist, and composer, goes by the moniker Yung Mal. After releasing the song “Str8 Out Da Pot” in 2016, Mal rose to fame.

Yung Mal and Lil Quil, members of Kids of the 6, released an EP, Came from Zero, their third mixtape, and were signed to Gucci Mane in 2017.

Yung Mal and Lil Quil’s fourth mixtape, titled Lil Bastards 3, was made available in December 2018. Gudda Tay was the main producer.

With his debut album, Iceberg, which was released in August 2019, he worked with notable musicians such as Gunna, Pi’erre Bourne, and Gucci Mane.

Yung Mal worked with Lil Quill, Lil Keed, Lil Gotit, and Doe Boy on the 2020 album 6 Rings, which was also released. Baltimore-based producer Pyrex Whippa is also working on the undertaking. Under the name Iceberg Sosa, he released an EP in that year.

In January 2022, Yung Mal released the single “Guh Shit”.

Where is Yung Mal from?

Yung Mal moved to East Atlanta, Georgia, after being born in New Orleans.

Before being encouraged by friends to develop his own style, he started by penning bars to well-known rhythms.
